Mission

To provide compassionate personal care, companionship and high quality in home services for seniors, disabled and those in need of care.

It has been our experience that home health care agencies are not successful without a great team of employees. However a team is not successful without strong leadership. We at K.R.T. pride ourselves on the fact that we are completely “hands on” and provide a stable foundation for our employees while partnering with our home health care management team.

Philosophy

K.R.T. & Associates Inc. is a locally owned and operated business that treats all of our clients and employees like family.

We understand that many of our clients are in a new and stressful situation, so we never fail to treat them with the utmost professionalism, kindness, respect, warmth and compassion.

All of our employees adhere to a Criminal Record background check and Department of Social Development check. We also require all of our employees be First Aid and CPR trained, reference check and constant monitoring.

You can count on us to always be there for you. We are accessible 24/7.

We take the time to understand each client’s needs. Each client is unique and deserving of special attention to personal detail, including life history and preferences.
